I guess you mean a Catholic order when you say seminarian?
You are bound to to an oath of celibacy in the Catholic church, have you taken that oath yet?
If you have and are still asking this (good) question of yourself then maybe your should also ask "am I in the right place" and "am i serving God in the right way".

I don't see why not. God invented sex because he wanted people to have it. You have to ask yourself if it makes any sense that He doesn't want you to have sexual relations because you are being trained to serve him. He wants you to have sexual relations regardless of what profession or training you are engaged in. That is just common sense, but your superiors probably don't see it that way. If you don't agree with them, then maybe the seminary isn't for you.

only if you are married. if not, then it's definitely a sin. being in seminary, you should know that! I don't know that I'd want someone like you to be a pastor someday if you can't even remember the simple truths of the Bible.

No, it is not - I draw this answer from two consecutive conclusions:
You are studying to become a priest,
Therefore
You are not married.
God says that sex outside marriage is wrong, so that is pretty much it, right?
