Thats cute and very original...
My bf calls me pudge (coz I have a chubby face) and I call him fatass coz he acts like a fatty when it comes to food.
Neither offend us and is cute to us coz we are both thin. So what is he like? Get a nickname for him based on a value about him that you think is cute or a fruit that resembles him (taste/feature).

Uh butthead sounds good to me......sorry but a woman needs to be called a princess or honey or even sweetheart..not watermelon. But then again my neighbor calls his girlfriend Pickles.....now that's a bad nickname.
