There's no such thing. Even if there were, it'd be immensely foolish to eat such things exclusively for a month. You'd be so sick you'd want to die. Believe it: you HAVE to consume a certain amount of calories just to have the energy for autonomic bodily functions. You also have to have a certain balance to your diet or your electrolytes get so out of whack you do serious and permanent damage to yourself.

If you were thin then you would become very thin but it is a myth. People subtract out energy to digest it but that was already subtracted out.

Lose weight, get sick, and eventully gain all the weight back and more. Not worth it.
