Probably it's just due to stress. However, could she be pregnant?

Based on headache + vomit = possibly a brain tumor!! Must have an MRI as CT Scan only see bones well!! MRI sees well soft tissue like brain tissue. However, hypothyroidism can induce the same symptoms. Be safe have an MRI. Tell her to have stress Management too as too much stress does not do her good. There are things in life beyond her control, acknowledge her limitation and try your best!!! Best wishes!!

Jenny is correct, it could be a lot of things, n\but she should be checked for a brain tumor, 2 months is a long time. Now, I have been having sever headaches since I was 3. It is a part of my nature and that is all to it, but I have never been to the point of vomit. A flu does not last 2 months.

i could be anxiety. when you are under that much stress it will cause your body to have a panic attack or anxiety attack. the hyperthyroidism will cause headaches as it is my mother also has hyper thyroidism. just be there for her as much as possiable and try to keep her calm. anxiety attacks can be very intense and often tend to make things worse if she is all alone with no one there.

stress does all sorts of things, and she certainly has it. She might get her doc to put her on antidepressants or tranqs for awhile to calm her down
