Yes -- numerous times. Just recently on a golf course. Once, when I was in my early 20s, I had to pee so badly in NYC and stopped on a relatively non-busy street at night and was relieving myself and 2 undercover cops came by and told me to get the f_ck back in my car and go home (their way of saying that I wasn't gonna get a ticket).

I was in battery park NYC during a 4th of July firework spectacular. It took an hour to cross the street due to the wall to wall people trying to exit. The streets reaked of urine!!!!
Yes, but I try to hide it. If I'm on the road I hide between my front door and rear door. One time I had severe diarrhea and just had to. A freakin cop showed up to find out what I was doing. He decided not to ask, Thank God!!

It depends upon what you consider to be public. Sometimes when I am out running on trails I have to pee in the bushes or behind a rock because there aren't any bushes.

Sure. Ever been to a tailgate? There are no bathrooms except the porta potties. I don't know about you, but using a plastic room that a bunch of drunks use is not very sanitary.

No but I have purposely wet my jeans in the corner of my bedroom home alone a few times and stuff like that. Its a big turn on for me.
