I went to sleep,I had a dream, in this dream I was floating down a river in a boat. Who went to sleep?who had a dream?who was in the boat?

All that's real is right NOW, and we can miss it if we're sleepwalking.

Why wouldn't your sleeping and dreaming state be real? The occur just like when you're awake. Just because it happens when your knocked out flat on your back doesn't mean it's not real. Dreams are you mind's way of working out problems you be having, and your bodies way of repairing your cells that you've exhuasted while being awake.

Consciousness is real...the watcher is real...the dream continues in many different states.

Hmmm...the more I look at it the more I see there are no different states of dreamning. Dreaming is dreaming.

i think that all 3 states are real as in many ways we think of things that we may not realise in all 3 of the states!
