Yes, you can abort the puppies. Call around to find a vet who feels comfortable doing it. Or if you aren't planning on breeding your dog you can just have her spayed.

If it just happened, you can set up an appointment to have her spayed.
If the dog had already been spayed and the neighbors dog was neutered, this would not have happened in the first place. Shame on you.
And I definitly would not color your dog now...even with non toxic products like chalk or kool aid..even though they are safe...I wouldn't do it while she is pregnant.
p.s..there are already black and white spotted Poodles out there...they are called Parti Poodles.

If the mating happened within the last few hours, (48), your vet can administer a mismate shot. After that time, you can have the ***** spayed, although you'll have a hard time finding a vet willing to do it. The increased blood flow to the uterus during pregnancy will increase the chances of bleeding during the surgery.

In the event of a misalliance taking place, take your ***** to your Vet within 48 hours and he can give her an injection which will stop her from conceiving.
Alternatives to missalliance injections:
1.If you dont need puppies, please spay your poodle as early as possible.
2.Delvosteron injections- Long acting injections that prevents heat.
3.Ovaraid tablets- It will help to supress heat in a dog.

If you have caught it early enough you can take it to the vet, and he or she can end the pregnancy. I do not remember for sure how early it needs to be. I think that they can give them a pill or something, if I remember correctly.

They're So cute with the short Front legs and the tall Hind legs, Curly hair in some places and a ball on the tip of the tail.. I can imagine what yours will look like with Spots..

You can have her spayed. If she is very far along tho, the vet may not want to do it. Call the vet and ask him.
