Where can I get the snap in round grounding pins for the Euopean type electrical plugs?

I am not in the USA, I'm in Asia. I am having 3 pin service installed in my new home and need snap in pin to provide a ground for my 220v. This is new here in Thailand so I am looking to order the pins. Many of my current plugs have 2 pins with a hole and spring lock to hold another. The appliances are already have 3 wires but plugs don't have the grounds.

1f you mean the adapter to fit the U.S. plug to the european socket, Radio Shack has them. You need to watch the voltages though, most of Europe is 220v/50cvcle.
