NCIC --stands for National Crime Information Center----
This center is used to give quick information to the law enforcement agencies that need it--It gives information such as a person's criminal record---missing persons--warrants--reports of stolen items--etc.
Basically the NCIC has reports of any type of criminal acts that have been recorded.

You can get a huge amount of information back, depending on the person. Wants, warrants, everything including that speeding ticket you got when you were 16. It sometimes takes a while just to sift through the stuff you get back and pick out the most important info. Anything that relates to your identity and or criminal past will show up, down to the last detail.
