Well, each Boeing Airplane is unique in its own way. Youre asking an opinionated question.
Obviously, the best jet would be the 737, since over 6,000 oreders have been placed.
But maybe you are looking in terms of size, or fuel efficiency.
If you like big planes, the answer would be the 747-400.
If you want a fuel efficient plane, it would be the 787 Dreamliner.

The Boeing 747-8 is the best looking aircraft although it is not yet in service. The Boeing 787 is the next best looking aircraft because of its cockpit. And finally the 777 is the third best looking plane and it is one of the most popular ones right now.
I hope Airbus goes out of business soon and that their exaggerated whale jet (A380) doesn't get to be one of the best planes in the world! Airbus sucks!!!!!!!!!

The MD-11 is a nice looking jet but it would be a lot faster if they would put some GE90-115B's on it. If you don't know what that is its the most powerful turbofan engine in the world and the 777-300's power plant. Did you know that a single GE90-115B can keep a 747 aloft.

My vote goes to the 747-400...but then again I'm a little partial.
The DC-10 holds a special place in my heart too (although not technically a Boeing airplane).

The 727 by far.
The 737,757,767,777 look like the same boring airplanes, economical as they may be. The 747 looks like a whale.
The 727 has a clean wing, a pointed nose, a t-tail, and all the thrust at the back where it's supposed to be. It's lean without being lanky like the 757.

The B-727-200 with all flaps, slats, and spoilers deployed. Very cool.
Next is the B-757-200 a head-on view at take-off. Ook cool.
