I was wondering what your opinions are. My ex and I have a child together. We broke up and he moved to a different city only to find someone else and knock her up. Her baby is due in Oct. Then they split up and he moves back here with another GF and just recently got her pregnant. Me and his recent ex talk lots and we are both of the opinion that he should get fixed. He doesnt pay child support to either one (well he cant pay her yet). He claimed bankruptcy so we cant go after him for anything. Who here thinks he should get fixed??

I think you should get a new lawyer. Child support (in most states) has nothing to do with bankruptcy!
If he is on the birthcertificate he is responsible for the child!
All three of you should get together and go to the same lawyer at the same time, atleast the 2 of you that get along. Should make him look like real scum to the judge.
Make the sorry piece of crap pay.
CALL A LAWYER!!!!!

You are under the false impression that the bankruptcy means you cannot go after him for support. Not true. Bankruptcy does not get rid of support obligations, so you should see a local attorney about getting support as soon as possible.

You should speak to an attorney, bankruptcy or not he is still responsible and there should be something that can be done. About getting him fixed, why bother he is just digging himself a bigger hole, let him deal with his own problems. It will eventually catch up with him.

I can think of a few not nice ways to fix him, since he seems to be spreading his irresponsible DNA around town, but they would probably land you in some trouble. I think he should get a vasectomy quick!!!!

You know, I'd find a few gang members... Could permanently neuter him for ya... If you get what I'm saying, don't worry I seen this in a movie once.
