if it is like:roselly then :رو سـيـلـي
if it is like:rosil then:روسـل
if it is like:roseel then:روسـيـل

yes! anyone can write in arabic .
The Arabic Alphabet is different you need to download the Type into your windows system try babelfish or one of those sites or do a google search for arabic script. plus it reads from right to left unlike english left to right.
