That is what I have done for the past ten years.

That is what I did for the last ten years.
That is what I did for the past ten years.
That is what I did for the previous ten years.
Based upon what you are trying to convey you can use any of these and you can also substitute "that" with "this" depending on what you are describing at the time.

"Done" means to have completed or finished something,
I think both should be:
I have been doing that for the last ten years.
I have been doing that for the past ten years.
If you have done it and finished then you don't have to mention the time period. The time period is mentioned. therefore; indicates the recent past and that the action might still be ongoing.

Both are correct but have different meanings....."the last ten years" implies that it is not to be done again whereas "the past past years" doesn't

the second one is right if you are still doing whatever you were doing for ten years
if you stop doing it the first one would be right
the first one is suppose to be i done that for Ten years now
or i do that for ten years now, have is optional in this sentence
