1. Call the police. There are laws on the books about noise. When you call, don't be looking out the window where they can see you — you don't want slashed tires.

2. Chances are good that other neighbors have called, also, confirming the PD decision that your noisy neighbors need a visit.

3. Do not address any more complaints to your neighbors. They are uncouth & unreasonable. Since you have already complained to them, let them have a few more disturbances (I know — annyoying) before you call the PD, so that they don't point the finger at you.

Good luck and warm regards. I truly sympathize with your predicament.

Call the police. If they harass you or continue with the noise after they leave, call the police again. Usually the first call, the police give them a warning. If they are called back a second time, they will probably give them a ticket or arrest them for disturbing the peace. I think you can also file charges in this case, but you may want to talk to the responding officer.

You might talk to them and explain that not everyone wants to party all night. If that doesn't help, call the cops. Or, you could get up really early and run the lawn mower or perhaps start building something.

I tried to talk to my neighbors because I would want them to do the same. But after that, if they can't keep it quiet I would call the landlord or police.
