Ok, I am looking for this toy where the child sits on it and they can either make it move by pushing on the ground with their feet or they can just turn the steering wheel back and forth and it will move. Does anyone know what its called?? I think they are relatively new.

No, its not a sit and spin...it will move like a car that they sit on and peddle with their feet.
