The switch I am looking for is special in that it does not allow you to throw any other poles on the switch untill you open the first poll.
It works similar to this:

(press button 1)-(cant press any other button)-(press button 1 again)-(can press anyother button)...

the locking process is all mechanical. The only electrical thing about the device is that it opens and closes circuits.

This sounds like a relay switch wired in series with other switches tgar are in parallel with one another.

The other possibility is a digital switch.

Why not just feed all of the other switches from one master switch? When it's off, all of the other switches are disabled - when it's on, well, I'm sure you get the picture.
