The folks who said "sashimi" are right. "Sushi" actually refers to the rice.
The seaweed wrap is called "nori".

Sashimi it is. Though it is important to note that this does not include rice, as someone else suggested it does. A piece of sashimi on rice is called nigiri. A roll with fish, and or vegetables, rolled in rice is called maki. All of it is delicious in my opinion. :)
