Honey, you can but I promise you it will look orange and unnatural. I have a photo of myself that was taken when I was thirteen years old to prove it. I bleached my hair with peroxide and I looked like a moron. Don't do it! If you can spring for a home highlighting kit (they don't cost very much at all), you'll get much better results.

"Sun-In" is a better product. All the instructions are on the box. But don't use it constantly because it will damage your hair. My daughter over-used it and then I noticed that when her hair was wet there was places where it felt like mushy over-cooked egg noodles.

You can do that but it totally destroys your hair and it drys it out. Lemon juice does the same thing. I found it easier to just dye it but it's your choice. If you still want to do it............
You can pour peroxide into a spray can or something and just spray it on your hair...that's basically it!!!

using peroxide alone wont do much and you wont like the out come you need to mix pro grade peroxide with a powdered or cream lightener, to get the result you want , my advise go ask a pro they should not charge you for a consult, if they do they are not the place for you,, good luck babe

NOOOOOOOO! It will only look brassy! If i does anything at all to the color. Your hair is like your skin, put peroxide on your skin and let it sit. It most likely will not change color but get dry!!

steps: 1) pour into bucket, 2) stick head into bucket, 3) take head out, 4) look like idiot 5) get no girls/guys to go out with you 6) realize how funny you look and get a buzz cut :)

Peroxide does contain bleach. It may not make brown hair blonde, but it will add highlights . . .

peroxide will make your hair orange. go buy some nice n' easy blond hair color and follow the directions
