I'm not desperate I'm just tired of meeting the wrong men and when I do find the right one I'm already in a relationship with the wrong guy. How do you find and keep a good man?

i feel you girl i know exactly what you mean... I think you could pretty much tell when a guy is bad news from the beginning, you just gotta keep your eyes open and dont settle for just anyone.. Be yourself and have your expections and dont settle for anything less than that ( don't be to picky either) the good man for you will come.. like they all say: he will come when you less expect it..so just be patient and guard your heart from the wrong man because you dont want to enter a realtionship with your prince charming with baggage. Get rid of the wrong guy and work on making yourself a better person, remember that if you dont love and respect yourself then you cant expect anyone else to either. Hope this helped

First try not setting your expectations too high. Most girls, want a good looking guy, or someone with the corvette and so forth. These are the wrong guys. Need to find a stable, working person with good personality. I use to date hunks and they were jerks, my husband isn't a hunk but he is fairly nice looking man. We''ve been married for 15 years now.

I'm fed up with single life too. I don't want to necessarily get "married" but I would like a steady man in my life. If you figure out how to find and keep one let me know. I would say never settle, and never lie or cheat. Keep thier trust and treat them well. If they treat you the same they are a keeper.

This may sound cynical, but lately I'm starting to believe that there's a reason they call it "settling".
You just lower your expectations to the point that it's really difficult to be let down, and play the part.
That doesn't sound too cynical, does it?
