probably someone who requires a great deal of time, money, and attention, and who tends to be very posessive and doesn't fare particularly well on his own.

A high maintenance man is one who can not do anything for himself. Cant wash his cloths, make a sandwich, draw his own bath, things like that. To high maintenance for me.
