The general rule in most states is children up to 8 years, 80 pounds and 4'9" need to be in a booster seat. Check your state's laws.

tell that old ***** she cant drive and pujt her ***** *** in hte booster seat granny should not drive! that **** aint right they are not safe, vision and reaction time is so bad in old bags like that you should just walk to the store, but not on the sidewalk because there are more grannies driving so sidewalks are not safe
but now i know you arent even 4 feet tall at 14 years old? can you even climb in the car alone or you need help?

It may be the law in your state to be in that booster seat. If you want the ride,don't argue with that boy's Grandma,it's not respectable to do that.
