There is life after death. The difference is because of the resurrection body. 1 Corinthians 15 talks about the resurection body.

I believe in life after death, but not like most people do, and it's not based on things I read anywhere, but on personal experience.

Does it really matter what we believe? Whatever happens to us after death....well if it can be proven that there is no life after death...so what? We are all going to die anyway. Worry more about how you are living the life you have now...that you can control. Death will take care of itself.

In the afterlife, we exist in our pure essence as beings of light. We have bodies made of light which bare the memories of our previous life. We can travel time/space and enter other dimensions by simply thinking or intending to go there. We can merge with greater collectives of memory that our personal memory is a part of, like the collective memory of the human race, or the memories of our soul group or soul family. We can intantaneously create reality from our thoughts, like a lucid dream. We can shapeshift and be anything, or merge into any form of energy or identity to explore. We can attend classes taught by advanced beings about life in the universe and an infinite number of subjects relevant to our personal growth. We can travel to other worlds. We can be trained to be spiritual guides for others who are living the process of life. The possibilities are limitless. Most who die become engaged in an educational process to prepare them to go forward in their spiritual evolution, which often involves reincarnating. All of this is my personal experience and that of my friends who have passed way who I am still in communication with. Hope that helps.

if you want an answer try this find a person who is about to die and put him into a airtight glass box and see what happens. if there is life after death then something should happen if there is no life after death nothing will happen.

Swedenborg describes what he saw in his book Heaven and Hell.

http://www.mechanicsburgnewchurch.org/hh-ager.txt

Swedenborg states "a perception of the sphere of falsity from evil that flows forth from hell has often been granted me. It was like a perpetual effort to destroy all that is good and true, combined with anger and a kind of fury at not being able to do so, especially an effort to annihilate and destroy the Divine of the Lord, and this because all good and truth are from Him. But out of heaven a sphere of truth and good was perceived, whereby the fury of the effort ascending from hell was restrained. The result of this was an equilibrium. This sphere from heaven was perceived to come from the Lord alone, although it appeared to come from the angels in heaven. It is from the Lord alone, and not from the angels, because every angel in heaven acknowledges that nothing of good and truth is from himself, but all is from the Lord" (Heaven and Hell n. 538).

The two greatest differences will be: you will be without sin. You will be only spirit. This is how God in Heaven will find you without fault, acceptable. Sin destroys and corrupts, the flesh is weak but the spirit is strong.

Hello **naDEshiKO**.. :)

One of the differences is where will we spend eternity..In Heaven here on earth..With God and His Heavenly Angels..or with satan and his angels in the lake of fire..

As for our bodies, right now we have terrestrial bodies..but when Jesus comes for his bride, (the body of believers) His church..we will be changed in a twinkling of an eye..we will be given New glorious bodies (celestial)..where they are made incorruptible and do not die..

I pray I answered your question..I am here for you.. :)

In Jesus Most Precious Name..
With Love..In Christ.. :)

No - That's a denial of reality, and furthermore it's an oxymoron.
