Pretend to be Muslim for the present time or they will chop off your head. They might also impale you at the stake. Or you might end up in prison. They could also kill members of your family in some very barbaric and gruesome ways.
Next step: Expand your list of countries that you might go to. While it is possible you might get in the USA, it is also possible that you will have a difficult time doing so.
Consider living among the Kurds in northern Iraq. That is just across the border from you, and might be far easier to get to. The Kurds are Muslims, but have a democracy - and are FAR MORE TOLERANT of different religious beliefs than other Muslims. They are even tolerant of Jews and atheists. Compared to other Muslims, they are civilized people.
To the best of my knowledge there are no terrorist attacks occurring - at this present time - among the Kurds of northern Iraq. Most or all of the fighting is south of there. So you can live among the Kurds in relative safety. Eventually, you might make it to America - or some other country. But it will be far easier to travel abroad from among the Kurds in Kurdistan, than it would be from Iran.
Also, if you have information about terrorist activities, this would be greatly appreciated by American soldiers. I can promise you nothing, since I have no authority. Maybe it will increase your odds of getting American help - maybe not. But it would not hurt things if you could give my government information about terrorist cells.
None of these steps or ideas are carved in stone.
If you have better ideas? Use them. .
Good luck!

LEGALLY!!!
IE: Waiting in line. Unlike 1/3rd of population of Mexico.
I'll give you credit for at least asking...
As for your religion-- that is of no concern. U.S. Customs will keeps everything confidential anyway.
I have worked in Tehran at the U.S. Embassy as a Marine Security Guard. I know what you're talking about. For right now, If I were you, I'd act like a Muslim still.. conduct the practices of the religion until you can move here.
When you are done moving here and situated, then you can go about opening up your new life. No one here will care about your religion or what you want to do.. as long as you don't possess any Terroristic threats, either mentally, or physically.
But, this goes for all immigrants, not just Middle Easterners...(this also includes Mexicans).

Good Luck Mr. Iranian guy...

As far as I know they don't ask your religion when you get a passport, so just emigrate like anyone else would. Check with the US embassy about rules for immigration; it may be hard to get residency right away unless you have a valuable skill. It's probably easier to get a visa and keep renewing it until you get residency. We don't have government police here checking up on people's religious habits. And under our Constitution you can be any religion you want, even atheist.

Muslim isn't an issue. We have lots of Muslims here. However, your religion is your business. You need to satisfy a visa requirement and get one, and there are more people who want them each year than there are visas to go around.
However, start here.http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/index.htm
