Why? Because their anti-Jewish bigotry prevents them from admitting even the most obvious historical facts .

In short they are in denial even about the obvious historical facts if those facts are contrary to their Muslim beliefs .
Is it any wonder they don't want women becoming educated? They may just find out the truth, and we certainly can't allow that can we?

The whole point is that since Islam says Jesus is a prophet then obviously the Muslims can't allow themselves to admit he is JEWISH. Would a Muslim ever call a Jew a prophet? What hypocrisy!

They sure don't want to admit that Jesus was a Jew from the West Bank. Or that, if Jesus were born today the Arabs would be trying to kill him along with the other Jews.

Sort of the way the Arabs insist that the Temple Mount is not real, depite the fact that the Dome of the Rock and Al Aska Mosque were built there BECAUSE it is the Jewish Temple Mount.

It is not a matter of him being Jewish or not...it is simply that in Islam all the prophets are believed to have preached about the same religion. By prophets I mean those of the monotheistic religions such as Adam, Abraham, Jacob, Moses, Noah, Jesus, Mohammad, etc. The word Islam itself means submission to the message of God, and it is believed that all these prophets have been sent by God to deliver the same message so why would it have different names. In fact the words Jewish and Christian were not given by Moses or Jesus to their followers these are words that came about much later in history. As for the claim that Muslims do not want to educate their women...I hope that you really do not believe what you are saying...if there are injustices to women in the Muslim countries it is because of culture not religion. Actually, Islam is the first religion that granted women their rights as human beings. That happened at a time when women from other religions were considered to be the cause of the damnation of mankind and in many instances were believed to not have souls. Finally as to the Jewish bigotry....it is not because of their religion that there are feuds between Muslims and Jews it is because of Israeli practices in that region. Just as a reminder...Jews, Jewish philosophy, and Jewish literature flourished greatly in Muslim lands during times when Jews were being executed by Christians all over Europe.

Islam rejects the divinity of Jesus Christ, Islam rejects Jesus living a perfect, sin-free life. The fact that Jesus had a Jewish body to put away sin from is a minor point compared to rejecting that Jesus Christ is King of kings and Lord of lords.
