Not more than a day without water without bad problems , but a cat without food will find some prey usually, includung eating a dead person if stuck in the house with one.

A cat can survive without food much longer than we can. In fact, she can lose as much as 40 percent of her body weight and survive.
Water is another matter entirely. A 10 to 14 percent loss of the total water in your cat's body is fatal.
