yes,sugar free gum contains sorbitol,which is an ingredient used in laxatives to relieve constipation.therefore,chewing too much sugar free gum might lead to diarrhea,another unwanted health problem.i'd try to avoid artificial sweetners.as an alternative,i'd chew apple slices or whichever fruit you prefer or drink natural fruit smoothies to satisfy those sweet food cravings.

ive never heard that chewing can lead to bloating.
sugar free is always better. no calories. 1 piece of gum can have 5-15 calories because of the sugars.

but chweing can actually make u eat more, couse body
thinks it about to get food when chewing
soo in turn u will get hungry, and much more likely to eat
soo gain weight, or dont losee weigth or stick to the plan
