A 7 year old girl was laying on top of a 4 year old boy both had clothes on when they were caught they said that they were playing mary jane and peter parker. is that called molestation?

Relax-it's called curiousity at that age. Take them aside and give them the "your body, your space" talk. No big deal.

Who is Mary Jane and Peter Parker?! Any ways kids will play doctor etc etc and all this is good and natural. Give me a break there is no intercourse involved so the obvious answer is hell no! Watch the damn kids and you won't have any problems.

Kids at that age are still exploring their bodies and the way things feel. It's better to explain "good touch" "bad touch" and "no touching there" to kids at that age. They need to be watched more carefully as well as having their tv ,movie , and game playing selection closely monitered. Don't make them feel like they are criminals but let them know it is not acceptable behavior and give the m alternative things to play like board games and watching cartoons. If thats too much work take them to a child psychologist to ward off any potential future criminal behavior.

It depends on if the 7 year old has been molested. Some times they will act out what is happening to them ....You may need to check into it more. I as A grandmother would be worried & want more answers .....People are always saying... not me not my kids but, it happens & it is usally a family member....These are CRAZY Times we live in. Not this time since they had their clothes on. But keep an eye on that girl. It's not just males that are molesters.

Foul play during childhood is common in few children whose parents are not careful when they are in bed. As the parents play in front of their children, they too try to repeat the same with the other without knowing what they are doing.
You can't say 7 molest 4.

at this age frankly speaking they probably not aware of what they are doing.
jus advise them not to do something like this or similar in future.
however when they grow older, they will naturally stop doing it... trust me ;)
