I saw a sign that said " OPEN HOUSE DRINKS AND SNACKS "

So I got my husband Argus, Friend Donna Jeane, Shirley, Anna, Wilbur smith, Aggy and her 5 children, steve, Hank and his wife and kids and we went down to get free snacks and drinks at this open house. It was in a rich neighborhood.

Well, We went in and grabbed plates and starting eating all the great snacks and drank all the Hi C Lemonade and everyone was staring at us there. WHY IS THERE FREE SNACKS AND DRINKS IF WE CANT HAVE THEM?

Argus had to leave and 5 minutes later the Realtor kicked me and all my friends and their children out and when I said no that I wont leave till we eat more, the lady realtor grabbed my hair and pulled me out and called me a piece of crap horse lady.

All the people at the open house stared and laughed as I was getting beat up and all my friends Ran away too while I was being smacked and humiliated. Do I have any Re-course? Can I sue and shut down company and imprison the realtor?

If it had been My house, I would have kicked the crap out of you and thrown you and your scumbag friends out TOO!

See if you can follow me on this one. You and your loser friends were Not invited to "squat" in the house and the owner OR his representative (in this case, the Realtor) had Every Right to throw you out.

Quit being a scumbag and get a Job you freeloader!

...and that goes double for that other skank who posted her support for you on this string!

yes, you have legal recourse in this situation, since they were advertising "open" house you should have been permitted to go inside like anyone else. They also physically assaulted you lol. have you husband Argus, Friend, Wilbur Smith and Hank go burn the house down. one thing that might make you feel better is to go have relations with your neighbor's horse. if he won't get you going, fantasize about mr. Ed.

Nope. You would just lose the case. Basically when there is an open house it is for prospective buyers to come to the house to see what amenities the house has. This is not a party for you to bring a lot of people to. She could have had you arrested and jailed for what you had done. You need to drop this attitude and thank your lucky stars that you weren't arrested.

Oh sure, go ahead and sue the pants off of them. And then watch the look on their faces when you & Argus win the case and then buy that very house and move in !! (Just be careful of snooty neighbours such as Mrs. Drysdale).

You should have filed a police report. But yes you can sue and you would have a good case. They cannot forcibly remove anybody he should of called the police if he wanted you removed. Seems like you might have a payday if you have witnesses to the incident. Good luck and I want my cut.

You're so fond of this made-up story that you post it in 2 different categories? I still don't believe a word of it; you are a fraud. Take your make-believe and go play somewhere else!

Once you had been asked to leave, and you did not comply, you and your posse were trespassing.

According to different jurisdictions, self-help may or not be proper, if in ends up breeching the peace.

Do you really have any damages? No? Then no suit.

F.u.c.k. everyone who called you a liar. I am so shocked as I read this. Oh, baby, you should sue them! You will win... this is America, and we have laws. Free snacks are free snacks. I sense discrimination...

:( Hope you feel better.

Did you call the police and document the abuse. If you did then probably yes. He has no right to lay hands on you.
