And why do we assume Tinky Winky is gay because he has a purse? For all we know that's very masculine Teletubby culture.

Since a pink triangle is a gay pride symbol and tinky winky has a triangle on his head and carries a purse, people make assumptions.

Oh that's just silly. Tinky Winky and Dipsy are boys and LaLa and Po are girls. My kids and I always remembered their names like this; triangle -Tinky winky; dipstick-Dipsy; musical note-Lala; O-Po. (That's what their antennaes on their heads looked like to us.) Tinky winky carries a purse to hold his tubby toast, he likes to snack. Whoever said they're gay is going on a witch hunt. (And so what if they are gay?) FABULOUS!
