How can I be expected to get up and change the channel manually?

Exactly. Perhaps we need to be able to page the remote like we can the cordless phone? My BF and I spend a great deal of time looking for the remote because we do loose it. My former BF and I used to like to have 2 and duel with them and change the channel on eachother. In his case I canned it the Penis. I would tell him to give me the Penis. He only wanted to watch the violent parts of movies and TV. I always wondered when we were living in this tiny aprartment why Leaha was always in bondage with jabah the hutt or brave heart was always at that scene of death. Then I realized that he only watched the violent scences of movies.
But back to your question. Yeah I hate not being able to find the remote control now. My current BF and I have this rule if something is really bothering the other one we can put the ear phones on or change it. He does not like singing on those band shows and I get killed by those whiney south park voices. So we stop that. We usually choose some educational show we can both agree on. That has nothing to do with forensics because he does not like me watching that. He does let me watch them if they have to do with drugs because I am a pharmacist and I let him watch cops because he loves it. And we like to see our old neighborhood on there for old times sake. I am serious. They are always showing a couple of blocks from our old homes. It is sick and funny at the same time to see our old place we grew up in.
Yeah changing the channel manually suchs, but thanks for the walk down memory lane.
