So is there any that have whole wheat noodles instead of the plain white ones? If not then they sure need to invent them for us health conscious people (whole wheat has lots of fiber). I would eat them all the time if they did that.

I haven't seen such a thing, but if I did, I'd buy it!!

What we do is we make pasta using whole wheat noodles, and then flavor it with a little butter and crushed soup cubes (or the bullion granules). The chicken-flavored Telma ones in your Kosher grocery section are quite similar to the creamy or roast chicken flavors, and one cube is enough for two packets of ramen, or equal amount of regular noodles. That, or we toss in a few cubes of frozen broth, from the last time I made stew, soup, or broth. Even healthier, much lower in salt and artificial garbage!

It only takes a couple minutes longer to make real noodles, as compared to ramen, and you can make them in the microwave. Just play around with it till you figure out how long to cook them for.

I don't know of any whole wheat noodles in Top Ramen but I think that is an awesome idea! Hey, maybe write it to the company who makes this soup and give them your idea. My husband sometimes thinks of these things or suggests something, and he would then get a coupon or something. Anyways, here is to Ramen Noodles, my favorite is the chicken!!! And yours? : )

Whole wheat noodles doesn't solve the fact that they are fried and that the seasoning is loaded with MSG and processed fats and left over meats.

No they don't make whole wheat ramen noodles. And even if they did they still wouldn't be healthy...do you know how much sodium is in the seasoning pack?
