what's she doing while you're talking? Are you letting her talk, too? Is she fidgeting and looking away, or is she paying attention and nodding? Can you tell which of these are good signs and which are bad?

This is sort of a vague question...
Girls like to have conversation with men and women, so talking to you for a long time does not always mean we "like" you. It could be the case though...and also It could be that now that she had time to talk to you a bit more, she likes you even more.

LOL! Of course not. You probably got yourself stuck in the "friendship zone"(at least that's what I call it). Only the ladies men know how to get out of that zone. If you actually like this girl, then I wish all the luck to you. Chances are you will never become a couple, unless, of course, she actually likes you. But I bet money you guys are just close friends.

Yes, she probably likes you, but that doesn't mean romance is iminent. She is probably a friend (lovers tend not to talk that much)

it depends on how she talks to you. you should be able to tell.
if she likes you, then she would engage in deeper conversations with you or giggle a lot.
