Depends on if you dog is an inside or outside dog and what breed it is. Mine are standard poodles and inside pets so I try to bathe them every 2-4 weeks. When they were pups I bathed them just about every week because they were always into something or rolling around in weird stuff. Some breeds, like english bulldogs, have very dry skin and should only be bathed 3-4 times a year. I'd say about the same for outside dogs 3-4 times a year. If you don't want to bathe them once a month you can always get wet doggie wipes and that takes off most of the excess dust and dander and helps to control odor. Regardless of how often you decide to bathe your dog it still needs to be brushed regularly to cut down on shedding. Good luck!!

It depends on the dog. Ask your veterinarian.
We have a husky that stinks after a walk and has to be bathed and brushed once a week. But our lab is made for the water and woods. So a walk with her just requires a brushing or to spray her down with water followed by some conditioner.
Ask your vet.
And I find honney bunny's critique of your language very amusing. It was followed by "cuz" and "u" and "ur". At least "wash" is an actual WORD!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no reason to bathe your dog religiously, unless it rolls in anything it can find, you can't stand the smell, and it sleeps with you.
Brushing your dog will help keep it's coat clean.
And if you do decide to bathe it once a week, get a very good shampoo to help replace the natural oils you are constantly bathing off.

You cant watch dogs too often its bad for their hairs (don't know exactly why i am not a vet).
Also when you do its better to use a special shampoo.
I wash mine every other month (if that) and they never smell. Well they smell like dogs but don't smell awful (unless after i take then for a walk in a forest then they can get pretty dirty :p ).

Every 3 to 4 months. Otherwise his coat will dry out. Make sure you brush him on a regular basis. This will spread the oils to the rest of his body and keep his coat shiny.

Phew! When he stinks!
Actually, washing your dog too often might not be good for the dog. Depending on how active the dog is, and what it gets into, probably once a month should be good.

Depends on your dog. Too many baths can dry out some breeds skin.
I only give my doggie a bath after he rolls around in the raccoon sh__!

There is so set time when you should do this. Honestly, my dogs do not get washed often. They probably should, but I don't have time and I can't always afford to take them to the groomers. Comb or brush weekly, but wash when you have time.
