The biggest mistake parents make is not discipling their kids when they are little and then they wonder why their teen is a wreck. Your mom should have tore into her a $$ when she was a toddler but now that she is 11, she is getting set in her ways and she is running things because she has no respect for yoru mom. But it's not too late. To get the respect, your mom needs to be harder on her and set some boundries like no TV, put her on punishment and take away things she likes or likes to do. Your mom should not scream at her, instead she should use reverse pshycology and speak in a calm tone to her. Your mom may need to take some parenting classes and your sister may need some counseling. As far as you, you can assist her by monitering your sister and reporting back to her the negative things she is doing.

Do you have a good relationship with her that you could talk to her? Has she always been this way or is it recent? If it has just started maybe she has a problem that has her upset and she doesn't know how to talk to anyone about it. So she acts out.
But if she is just hard to get along with your mom needs to set some ground rules for her and if she brakes the rules she will have to deal with it.

Well, the girls in schools in Australia like to wear short shorts, which is really digusting because you can practically see their bum cheeks hanging out, and it's even more feral if they're fat. And most of them are. Also the non crazy short short girls at my school are very anti-necklaces on boys, in particular the neon pink, yellow, or green seashell-tied-to-a-bit-of-string necklace. Do they think they're cool? Actually there are many more trends I wish would go away...straight hair for one...it's unbelievebly overdone here in Australia! I swear 9 out of every 10 teenagers like to straighten their hair every morning. And what's worse is when the girls buy the hair extensions (not necessarily in their proper hair colour either, again with the fluro!) and leave the top part of their hair not straight. So you see helmet hair at the top which becomes straight and/or fluro at the bottom. Gross!

Tell your mother she needs to ground her and explain why she is grounding her. Ground as in no tv, music, going out, ect. If she still acts up then I dont know I would consider sending her to a psychologist to see whats up or military camp but psychologist is less extreme. The reason she might be acting up could be because she is hurting for some reason.

Wow there is so much you can do, it depends on the kid what will work. Try showing the kid respect. Give the kid options, ie, you can do this or you can do that, you choose. Reward the behavious you see that are good and ignore the behavious that are bad, that is the ones they are deliberatly trying to make you mad with. Positive reinforcement is always best. Worst comes to worse, take them back to the wood shed, just kidding.

Try and sit down and talk to her when you aren't fighting with her. Try and find what is causing this. Your mother should sit her down and firmly say no when she does something wrong. Have you ever watched "Supernanny"? Maybe that show should give you some tips too! I hope everything works out ok!

the black way smack the sh!t out of her if she still talks back beat the living sh!t out of her then she will say i hate you and then you say good i hate you 2 now go to bed i will feed you threw the door if i fell like it
or the white way ground her and say um do you know what you are being grounded for if that doesn't work go with
the Spanish way leave her to die and then she will listen
or the Asian way which is beating the sh!t out of her
Or the 100% American way send her to your grandparents
Or the Simpson way without the choking make her life a living hell and when she is 17 you will know time is almost up then you become the biggest b!tch ever *when Bart was Emancipated that episode*

THESE ARE MOSTLY PROBLEM TEEN SITES BUT LET YOUR PARENTS SEE THESE. SEND THEM TO YOUR PARENTS IN AN E MAIL SO THEY'LL HAVE THEM OR BOOKMARK THEM.
