this does not exist as you put it ...

It might have been LANG LEBE DAS DRITTE Koenigreich ...

which still doesnt make sense because the literal translation would be LONG LIVE THE THIRD KINGDOM .....

so what i am thinking is that is was originally

Lang lebe das dritte Reich,

which comes out of the nazi times and refers to the Hitler regime .... so it basically means long live the hitler regime ....
