You don't say where you live, how many people, or what you consider 'affordable'. Affordable to me may not be affordable to you. Try a locally owned fun Italian place. Or, try someplace that has a great atmosphere, even if the food is overpriced, like Cheesecake Factory or TGIFriday's.

Olive Garden is nice and affordable
Chose a nice Mexican restaurant in your area.
Red Lobster is nice and has alot of things on there menu that are inexpensive.

Applebee's- Awesome food!!!! try the Grilled Chicken cheeseburger it is absolutely delicious!!!!
