lol I'm a "worry-wart" too sometimes.
Just try to think about other things - preferrably positive ones, or talk about it with others.

You need to learn how to think about something else. Worrying is a never ending loops and it's hard to get out of. It's like smoking, but there's no patch. You just have to do it slowly. Stop worrying about small things and then move on to bigger things.

Try some relaxation techniques like simple meditation. All you have to do is sit in a comfortable position and concentrate on your breathing. Pay attention to every little aspect of it such as the cooler air going into your nose and warmer air out through your mouth, the feeling of your chest rising and falling. When other thoughts enter your mind, acknowledge them briefly and then just think about them floating away. Don't punish yourself for them. Meditation takes practice but it works wonders.

Maybe you should just talk to a friend and tell them what's worrying you. Stuff happens, and you can't control everything. Make sure you understand what you can control and what you can't control, and try not to worry too much about the stuff you can't control.
