Well, I have experience in a lot of weight lifting/bodybuilding. And I am currently trying Pro-Complex. It's 25grams of protein a scoop,it tastes good, you get more servings for your money(Musclemilk is good but has way less servings so its more expensive). GNC guys are known to be a$$holes..So don't believe everything they say..If you want to look around and research for the highest protein with less calories check www.bodybuilding.com.
