ITALIAN FOCACCIA SANDWICH
1 package (1-1/4 pounds) PERDUE® Fresh Ground Turkey Breast
1/4 cup prepared pesto
1/4 cup drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, finely chopped
2 medium zucchini, halved crosswise and then thinly sliced lengthwise
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
Salt and ground pepper to taste
4 sandwich-size pieces focaccia bread, each split in half for sandwiches
Romaine lettuce leaves
1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
Balsamic vinegar

If grilling, grease grill. Preheat grill or broiler. In medium bowl, combine turkey, pesto and sun-dried tomatoes until blended. Shape into 4 burgers to fit shape of bread. In medium bowl, toss zucchini with oil, salt and pepper. Grill burgers, turning occasionally, 10 minutes or until done. Grill zucchini, turning occasionally, until tender. Sandwich burgers on focaccia with lettuce, roasted red peppers, grilled zucchini and a drizzle of vinegar.

Nothing, You have enough carbs stored in you to go at least 6 months without eating, almost like a animals that hybernate.

Looking at your pic, you should have 1/2 cup lettuse, 1 slice of a tomato, and a glass of water.

brownie covered in ice cream with chocolate sauce and whipped cream and to top it off a cherry! lol mmmmmmm
then if you still want something i guess a salad and a steak would be good
