eggs, plus normal b/soda, salt b/powder...I normally make these muffins using cranberries and orange juice and orange zest with 1 tsp ginger..(at other times I have used different fruits)..but last night I made the batter ..then pureed a peach and cubed another peach and added 1 cup blueberries ,juice of 2 lemons plus their zest..and a little xtra flour to cover the xtra peach liquid...then I covered them with demerara sugar and cooked them. They turned out alright, just alright--texture was fine...but the muffins themselves were a little boring..just a little flat tasting.--I really wanted a stronger peach flavour...I wonder what I could have used to brighten the flavours a little ( I thought the lemon would do that)...Also I have made peach pie with candied ginger pieces but somehow the thought of candied ginger in a muffin just didn't do it for me....Any ideas on how to increase the peach flavour (I prefer not to use artificial flavourings)? thanks

Okay ... I'm thinkin' that you have ingredient overkill. Some of the most delicious recipes are the simplest. Cut out the blueberries, ginger, pureed peach, lemon juice & zest.

I would add brown sugar, cinnamon, 1/3 cup of applesauce to your basic muffin recipe ... for a complimentary texture and flavor add a 3/4 cup rough-chopped roasted pecans.

The combo of Blueberries AND lemon overpowered the peaches. Try cutting back on the lemon juice & using just 1/2 cp blueberries.
Me? I'm a peach cobbler fan, so I'd use JUST peaches, no more than 1 tsp lemon juice to keep the peaches from turning brown, and stick with plain old vanilla with a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Make sure your vanilla is genuine, not from mexico, and the very BEST quality you can find.

Hes not dead u idiot To answer the question on whether it was a prerecorded tape, just watch when Vince turns around to look at the 2 men at the building. When the camera follows his body turning, you only see 3 big trailers near the building. He walks to the limo and there are no cars near the limo. The moment the camera switches to him opening the door, you see the taillights of a car about 10 ft from the limo. Just proof that the stunt was done beforehand and not live. Also, when he is walking to the limo, you see a WWE rig in the background to the left. When the camera switches to him opening the door, the rig is to the right of the limo. DVR helps on this. To all the people that think it is real, come on. WWE needs to do a better job of making everything look the same for their 'stunts'.

The lemon probably overpowered the peach flavor. You could use peach snapps in the place of the peaches since the alcohol will cook out of this.

i would agree with ****B. use a little peach schnapps. it's very strong so don't over do it.
also if you want more peach flavor leave out some of the other ingredients. it sounds like you put in everything but the kitchen sink. too many ingredients will deaden the flavor of everything.

use peaches that are very ripe and a little soft . just like bananas peaches have the sweetest strongest flavor if they sun ripen till the skin starts to change color , not brown but just slightly dark
