Where are all the taxes that the immigrants never got back all this years?, Don't tell me that they get cash, I was reading an article saying that too many of them recive checks each week or quater. of course they have deductions federal and state, so obviously tehy don't get anything every year as you guys do...where is all that money?

All undocumented workers do not get paid in cash.They can get a check if they have a false social security number. Of course they cannot get a tax refund or collect social security. The government keeps the money

Actually, No they do not have Fed and State deductions. The Employer pays the Fed and State deductions to the IRS in order to keep in good graces with the IRS. All the IRS knows is this person has x number of employees, not the legal status of each. I would also argue they DO NOT withhold the taxes. They pay them under the table, meaning the money is not taxed at all. But, if they are reporting it, the Employer is reporting a much lower number than really is.

This is the problem with Illegal Aliens, they "consume" but they never pay. What I mean by consume is they drive on the roads, pollute the air, have accidents with no insurance, call for medical assistance, etc. and never pay a dime. Honest True Americans pay for all of that. It may not seem like much....but there are 11 million in America.

Just because someone receives a check each week doesn't mean they pay taxes. I work for an attorney and he pays me by check every week. He doesn't take any money out for federal or state taxes. At the end of the year he gives me a 1099 and it's up to me whether or not to pay taxes on it.

So to anwswer your question, the money is in there pocket.

They should put the money into education considering in the South they have to have special classes to teach "immigrants" how to learn to speak English. It's called ESOL - english as a second language.

They should also put the money to health care considering most "immigrants" do not have health care, nor the means to pay for any medical care they receive.

So considering all the handouts they are receiving, does it really matter where it goes?????

You don't pay taxes if you get paid in cash, which is how all undocumented workers get paid, as to keep it on the down low. If you pay them in cash, you don't pay taxes or workers comp. It's cheaper for the POS employers who hire them. Weren't the answers satisfying when you asked this a few minutes ago?

Just to fulfill your rant - public schools are mainly funded by mill levies on PROPERTY TAXES! This is also how roads are maintained locally, streets are cleaned, etc. Most illegals don't own their homes so they don't chip into that. You sound like the uneducated one so why don't you just give up before you look like an even bigger buffoon?

If they are a family and taying taxes, and they have kids if they bring home less than 25 thousand, and they claim their kids they don't pay taxes except for ss and medicare, they get back what they paid in plus at least 3500 for their kids. Its called earned income and head of household. so they are ripping off the govenment and they are not citizens and they don't want to be. I heard one guy claimed 8 kids that were still living in Mexico and got 8 thousand back. but can't prove it. but its happening. Just type in( the high cost of illegal immigration) and read it for your self.

Immigrants, whether legal or illegal, do not pay federal taxes. They do pay state and local, but not federal. My wife is Peruvian and everytime she has worked there were no federal taxes coming out of her paycheck. Once they become a citizen, then they start paying federal tax.

There are some employers that will hire illegals and give them a check from a secondary account and it will "seem" to have deductions. That way, nothing goes to the government & they can pay the illegal even less.
