Tell her "It hurts too much to talk about him/her, and when I am ready to talk about him/her, I will let you know, but please for now, let's just change the subject, okay?" Don't be harsh, or you might lose her as a friend. Maybe telling her how it makes you feel when she blabs on about him/her will make her finally stop. =)

Say-- I am sorry--I don't think you understand what I said. So, please listen to me. Then say it again and tell her that if you want to ever talk about that you will tell her. Then say that you have moved past that and want to live in the present and not dwell on that b/c it is over or it is not important now.
If she continues then tell her that you have to go and and say bye politely and hang up. If she is continuing to talk about it after you tell her that, then maybe she is trying to make you feel bad or insecure. She may not really be your friend.

tell her you have to go do something.. And the next time you talk to her, tell her that its not her place to be bragging in your personal life.. And if thats not the case, then tell her if she continues to ramble.. Tell her, Listen, I love you and your advice, but I dont need it or its not helping... And kindly ask to change the subject.

You already were polite, now it is time to be brash and sassy. Just tell her straight up, " I already told you, I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT HIM (OR HER) HOW MANY DIFFERENT LANGUAGES DO YOU NEED ME TO EXPRESS THIS TO YOU IN"? That should do just fine.
