why are my Centrum Complete Multivitamin is like a horse pill. huge! that is hard to swallow.

rThose Flintstones gummy bear vitamins are for growing kids I always gave them to my son and now at 15 he towers over me and has always been very healthy and happy. Sometimes I wonder about them getting into the hands of little kids whose mom doesn't keep them out of reach...the fat soluble ones can be toxic : A,D & E .. Not the case with. B's and C they are water soluble which means they flush out of your system every day which is why you can take extra of them especially when you are stressed., a combination of them can be found called Stress Complex. Tests are stressful. cigarettes are stressful to your body as are alcohol and drugs. A good B complex is important because it takes all of them to burn energy efficiently,like having all the cylinders firing in your car.The flinstones gummy type are so much like regular gummy bears... even though I buy expensive health food store vitamins sometimes I just don't want to swallow the big thing so I take a Flintstones and have a great day. I think that is really so much better than nothing which in the AM When all I want is to get going it works for me. Did you know Vit, B can produce insomnia because it does give you a big energy burst so always take them when you wake up with some food.any multivitamen also has B ... Have a healthy day and enjoy those Flintstones but don't take extra of them, even if you want to.

they do make chewables in gummi version and gumball versions. ive heard the best are the liquid kind.

ooo no they r not like gummy bears
gummy bears have gelitin in them..eww
flinstones multivitamin chewables r like candies..like...umm...hmm...umm...u know like i unno..regular candy
their nice and small
easy to swallow
n they taste GREAT

they are pretty tasty, my 3 year old son loves them!!!!!
