I am lusting after this girl big time. I don't actually want to date her, but there is a very strong physical attraction, and certain "circumstances" prevent me from telling her any of this. This is someone I am going to have to see on a fairly routine basis, I just want to know if there is something I can do to stop lusting so much.

We the surfers of cyber world meet with so many people every day. Surfing the net is the best pastime one can ever develop, as internet has the most knowledge, a surfer will never have to wait for a answer. The cyber culture is growing, and it is about time that we find our club and that to a very different club, which is not a part of any big website house like the yahoo and google. yea thats definitly lust........what u need to do is get ur mind off her....maby think of all the things u don't like about her and reasons why u don't wanna date her.....get to know some other girl who u have more in comman with and really want to or would like to date n not jus look at bcuz u know relationships are not about whats on the outside,they r about whast on the inside.it's VERY hard to let go but u have to do it....also see if u can take a vacation somwhere for a couple eeks to get aaway have some fun n ake ur mind of thigns....like some resort er spomthing where u r kept phisically busy.

Take a big whiff of smelling salts every time you think of her. Either you will lose your sense of smell or you will stop thinking about her.
You choose
a) sense of smell
b) Lust after girl
The choice is yours. You are in control!
Now start thinking abou more important things like where are the people in New Jersey going to move when the Ice caps melt because our president refuses to tell the country we need to stop creating carbon emissions like there is no tomorrow. There is a tomorrow and unless we stop burning fossill fuels, tomorrow's coastline is going to be in Pennsylvania.

Wouldn't life be very great if we could get over our problems that easily. You will go through your life wondering. "What if" Be honest with her and tell her how you feel and also tell her about the complications of feeling that way at this time. What is the worst that can happen. She may feel the same as you she may complimented and let you down gently she may punch you in the mouth but at least you tried. That is better than doing nothing. wow weird mush u dont wanna date her?though strange i understand uh well u cant really stop the lusting so sorry but u should get involved in a new sport or hobby or both it may help take ure mind off her mabe u could meet a new girl and or go out w/ one that u wanna go out w/ but man the feelings are still gonna be there buddy im sorry hopefully i helped

Well if there is something you do find attractive about this girl than you should go for it.Why go through life unnoticed.But in your problem I think the best thing to do is express your feelings in a journal or maybe write a song about it.Thats what I do

oh its mind power. If you could spend more attention on your work and keep your mind off her, i m sure it should stop. Perhaps you can also start by looking out for shortcomings in her or maybe even her defeciency in her performance at work? Very often, men are attracted first by physical sight but upon long encounters and knowing the actual soul then we decide whether to carry on or not........find the defects first.

Maybe it's time for you to have some self control...and sometimes you show some affection but for you it's not that...and the girl thinks that you're making her special...misinterpretation comes in...Therefore you have to modify your acts now...and those lustful stuff in your mind....better erase before someone gets hurt...maybe you should divert yourself to avoid doing foolish things...

Well if you want to stop liking her let her become one of your closest friends and that way if you have something to say to her than you won't feel like you like her and y'all can be close to one an other are she might like you too.
