You are overdoing it. You should never take it so far. Also, you may be dehydrated; be sure you take in water before your exertion, but be moderate in drinking water during exercise. This can also be a symptom of too much water which depletes salt and electrolytes. If you are sweating a lot, you could be sufferent from sodium loss. People used to take salt pills in hot weather to avoid this, but that is no longer recommended except in extreme cases. Slow down, don't overexert. If you begin to feel light-headed or queasy, stop. Two hours after lunch is more than enough time, so that is not likely the problem

That's probably your bodies reaction to stress hormones that are secreted as a defense mechanism.I've seen guys at the gym vomit immediately after a set.You should even try to give it 2.5 hours and make sure that you eat something light.Fats require acids to digest and take much longer to be broken down then other macro nutrients like carbohydrates and proteins.
Proteins are also digested by acids so the combination of protein and fat before your work out makes your proton pumps work hard. The extra half hour in combination with the dietary guidelines may help.I've learned all of these things and some the hard way through 22 years of lifting.

Stopping like this is a big no no. It's normal for your pulse to be really high when it's time to cool down, as you are finishing your workout, and you've been working your body for awhile, and usually pretty hard! The cool down is usually about 5 minutes, and if you will stay with it, your heart rate will gradually come down, and you will lose that nauseated feeling. This is normal, you really do need that 5 minutes to "come down" from your workout.
Stopping suddenly is very bad for your heart. Even when I teach aerobic classes, and we stop to take a pulse, I tell them to keep their feet moving and not stop completely, this is not good to do. Hope this helps some......

Check your blood sugar.

It's normal for your pulse to be high though, because your heart rate has increased greatly during a really good work out.

A normal blood sugar level should be around 100-120.

I have never felt like throwing up while excercising. Did you eat a big lunch or something?

A good way to tell if you are overdoing it or not is the following: You should be able to talk during/after exercising, but you should not have enough breath to sing.

Sounds like you are overdoing it to me. Are you able to hold a conversation while exerting yourself cardiovascularly? If not you definitely need to slow down. Many things contribute to your ability to handle strenuous exercise....weight, age, diet etc.
I suggest making sure you have seen a doctor for a well exam before continuing.

You might just be out of shape, that's if you just started to work out. The same exact thing happened to me when i first started to work out but now i'm totally fine. It'll go away after a while.

After I get done running I often feel that way. I don't know what it is, but I don't think it's anything to worry about.
