i might start jenny crieg next week, and i was wondering what choices of food they have for Breakfast, lunch, dinner, sanck, and dessert. cuz i'm doing the program where i buy the food for a week ahead.

I'm a consultant for Jenny Craig, my recommendation is for you to go to the website were you can get a complete list of the foods and pictures of them. You have to become a member of the website but is free, so go ahead!!!

Hi,
Jenny Craig may work, but have you thought of the cost of their food.? It is expensive and you must follow the program.
Think about it, because it is not really realistic to follow a strict diet plan. Most people will gain the weight back and sometimes more when the program finishes.
Healthy eating can be done on your own with daily exercise.
When you shop, buy healthy foods like fresh fruit,vegetables and whole foods,such as brown rice and whole wheat pasta.
Avoid processed and refined foods they are high in fat and sodium.

Jenny Craig is great..they give you all the tools to lose the weight. The food is great and the variety is good too. I enjoy going to get weighed once a week. Its usually good news!!! I gotta tell you I have hated getting weighed, but now I almost look forward to it. The consultants are great too. My Cynthia is the most positive person in my life!!! I have lost 16 pounds and 18 inches, its been a great experience for me!!!
