Her nipples have become enlarged and pink. She usually eats a lot but doesn't gain weight but now she looks a little fatter and she's heavier. We do have a male cat. I'm convienced she's pregnant. I just want to see what other cat owners say. Is it time to take her to the vet and have her checked out?

p.s. Bob Barker says to always spay/neuter your animal. We shouldn't be breeding domestic cats because hundreds of thousands of them are being put down every single day!

Maybe, probably...if so vulva will also be swollen...or she may just be coming into season...or she may be maturing. Want an educated guess...? Take her to your vet. He or she can palpate at 3 weeks and then again, when they drop from under the ribcage, at approximately 54 days. If she is, she should deliver at 60-63 days.

Sounds like she is pregnant yes. Congratulations on the new babies to come. Take her to the vet and get him to examine her also but it definatley sounds like she will be expecting.

Oh yeah, she is pregnant. Remember to get a cat bed for her and put it in a dark place, and have bottles and formula ready in case the worse should happen.

if her **** have swelled up about three weeks ago,then shell give birth soon, also if shes heavier and is eating more then shes definitely pregnant, get her fixed, dont take her to the vet for a pregnancy, please, let her take care of her own self,

Sounds like she is pregnant to me. A vet checkup wouldn't hurt her.
