All I can think of (for obvious reasons) is Mickey and I have been partial to Baxter for a while BUT want to really LOVE the name I choose...the little guy is family after all!

I adopted him, he is 6 months old, from a reputable breeder in Upper State New York These puppies do cost a lot more than $175....my guy was close to $1200 as a puppy but the breeder let him go for $600 becasue he is already 6 months old. I asked why no one else adopted him and he said that every once in a while a litter of puppies has that "one who is the last to be picked for the team" and well, I totally could relate to that analogy so voila...the puppy is now part of the family! Or will be on Monday!!
Also, I would never bring home a puppy for the kids to fall in love with until I got a clean bill of health from the vet. I chose this photo as it is the most similar looking to our little guy...actually they are identical! Sorry for the confusion but I really want a GREAT name.
On another question, someone suggested "Peave" so I could introduce him as my Pet, Peave! LOL

You might as well name this dog SAD or DEFECT or SICK.
Go on the web and type in Lancaster Puppy Mills, or go to the Humane Society website and you will learn about how disgusting and unhealthy these poor puppies are brought into the world.
The mothers are bred until they are no longer any use and killed. The puppies are stacked high in cages with feces falling on their heads, filthy water, sweltering conditions, severe deformaties and so many health problems you just can't imagine!!
These dogs are bred for profit. You will be getting a very poor quality dog, you will end up with more veterinary bills than you know what to do with.
The fine religious folk of Lancaster are LIARS and greedy. You can watch a Lancaster dog and horse auction on line and see for yourself just how "holy" they are. They love money and they use dogs to get it. DON'T BUY THIS DOG. DON'T BUY ANY OF THE DOGS ON THAT SITE. ONLY BUY FROM A PRIVATE BREEDER - My heart goes out to the puppies, and also to the unknowing and uneducated people who are looking for the "cheapest" puppy out there and then get screwed with a sick dog and sky high bills, and worst of all, you will get your heart and soul broken!!!!! A good quality dog FROM A PRIVATE BREEDER WILL COST YOU from $900 to $2000 a puppy. They are selling these puppies for $175 !!!!! That should be a red flag to you right away! Chaos, Ace, Duece, Elijah, Zack, Drake, Bailey, Ike, Snoop and Rex are some Ive used before however, the one Jack Russell I owned was named Toby.

hey a really cute name would be Jockey for a jack russel terrier and mickey is cute but u should try calling ur dog different names and the one he responsed to the most is what5 u can call him but try Jockey

well, since he is a jack russell terrier, i would go wit Capt. Jack Sparrow. lol, i really love that movie. but jack's r known for being really exitable, so i would also go with a really peppy name. like 'flipsy'. lol jk.
