why should only the RICH and the INTELLIGENT people get the US Visa?

H4 visas are for dependants. Once you turn 21, you are no longer a dependant. You no longer need to live with your parent. You can live on your own. So you can return to your own country and live on your own. The US hates immigrants so much that we take in over 1 million immigrants per year, more than all the rest of the countries on earth combined.

Only $100.00 . It should be at least $10000.00 Maybe then you would appreciate being here. Besides we only want rich and intelligent people here we have more than enough poor and unintelligent.
