The normal age is when you feel like kissing the other person and making out. I had my first kiss when I was really young but that was more because we both wanted to find out what it was like than because we wanted to kiss out of love. I don't think you can ever be too young (assuming you are both equally young). We were 11 and we did it after school in a park while walking home.

Normal age for a first kiss probably between 11-13. To makeout like 13 or 14.

I would say 15, since I was 15 when I had my first kiss and when I started to make out. It really depends on whether one is mature enough or not. But 13-15 seems like good ages if one is mature and ready for it.

first kisses id say 13 now making out with the laws it's touchy personally id say 16 or 17 but the way kids are today it's been happining alot sooner 12, 13, 14 area

Depends how they make out. But for a first kiss, it would be 16. To make out, 16 or 18
